Before we launched iLA, we spent years working in property, finance, and law. And, no matter where we looked, we saw the same problem: people struggling to get timely, straightforward ILA.

Developers couldn’t get deals over the line because of delays. Brokers were stuck waiting on sluggish legal responses. And individuals were getting hit with unclear pricing and unnecessary hassle just to get a simple document signed.

We were told that’s just “how things are” in the legal world. But we weren’t having it. We believed there was a better way—one that put clients first, streamlined the process, and delivered what people actually need: fast, reliable ILA without the runaround.
