We’re beyond excited to share something we’ve been working on for more than a year — the launch of Finance Fest, a completely new kind of event for the property finance world.
At iLA, we’ve always believed in doing things differently. The idea for Finance Fest came straight from our CEO and Co‑Founder, Anastasia Ttofis, who has long been passionate about music festivals — live bands, dancing barefoot in the grass, that magical sense of community where strangers become friends. She wanted to bring that same spirit of connection to an industry that too often relies on sit‑down conferences, black‑tie dinners, and traditional networking.
“Music festivals just bring people together. I love them. There’s such an incredible sense of community and I thought — why not do that for the property finance industry too? It’s what we all need. And I know so many other people in the industry will love this sort of event,” says Anastasia.
When and Where
The first Finance Fest will take place on 14th May 2026 in Essex, at a stunning location that we’re keeping under wraps for now. The venue itself is part of the experience — and we can’t wait to reveal it.
Guests will be able to choose from day tickets or VIP glamping packages, which include luxury tipi stays and exclusive extras for a true festival feel.
